  You need to educate all your store members on how to look after things , i went in there and purchased a fighting fish which is now dead mind you because it didnt eat the whole time , i had it 4 days , but when i bought it asking for food they gave me some telling me to feed it 4 PELLETS A DAY luckily me not being an idiot and having owned one before i knew that was wrong , i also purchased a snail the same day which is still alive along with water conditioner , when calling up to ask about what their policy was on selling sick fish they refused to answer my question and just told me id need to bring in a sample of water from the tank even though i used the water conditioner you shoved in my face and told me fighting fish shouldnt live in fish bowls mind you that is 50 times bigger then the glass you keep them instore in never responding to my question when calmly asking if she could tell me the polices on it she became very rude and told me if I WAS GOING TO BE RUDE that she would hang up calmly saying i would just like to know your polices she hung up on me , every single time i have gone to your tweed store they have not once been nice to me and when i tried asking for a receipt they said they werent able to give me one , i will never go back to your store or any of them

  Bought a so called "healthy" fish from here... it didn't eat the whole time, i was told I had to buy water conditioner for it as it is a tropical fish. As well as a heater and filter... Dead fish and bad service thus concludes my one star rating
